Equipment: The finca was designed and built in 2004 by the client himself, an architect, using high quality standards and has its own power supply via photovoltaic solar cells and diesel generator. The hot water is produced by solar cells or gas heating. Heating is via radiators with hot water.
From a deep well, the water is pumped into a 100 cbm cistern and pumped from there into the house or into the garden. There is a telephone connection via Telefonica's public network, as well as Internet access via private providers. The television is received via satellite.

A modern alarm system with video surveillance protects the entire finca.
