Property description Four separate plots of land are put together to a total of approximately 26,377 square meters. Especially in summer a small summer kitchen / BBQ with guest toilet comes in handy. A small path leads to the the pool area slightly below the house, well protested from the outside, with modern pool design and terrace. The small studio close to the pool can be used as an atelier or simply as an additional guest room.

On the two smaller plots opposite the main complex you find the completely separate guest area next to some fields with fruits and vegetables as well as a small plantation with avocado trees. It is a small unit separated from the main house with 2 guest houses and a communal kitchen house and spacious terrace.

Location: The finca is just outside Arta, only about 2 km from the center.
